Transboundary Wildfire Smoke and Expressed Sentiment: Evidence from Twitter

This project exploits the exogenous variation in wind directions to examine the impacts of transboundary wildfire smoke on expressed sentiment. The findings have important implications for the climate-change-induced psychosocial costs and cross-boundary externalities.
