We’re thrilled to invite you—our extraordinary alumni—to feature your groundbreaking work in the MSRED Alumni Showcase. This is your chance to present your projects, initiatives, or businesses to an audience of peers, industry leaders, and changemakers.
We’re looking for inspiring submissions that are making a meaningful difference in real estate or adjacent fields. Whether it’s a completed project that has positively impacted its community, an innovative PropTech solution, or a socially responsible venture, we want to celebrate your success!
Here are just a few examples of what we’re excited to see:
- Built projects that enhance communities and promote sustainability

Selection Criteria
We’re seeking projects that:

- Offer scalable models or replicable strategies for future impact.
Submissions can include images, videos, slide decks, or any media that best highlights your project’s strengths. International alumni are warmly encouraged to apply—virtual or recorded presentations will be arranged for those unable to attend in person!

Join us as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of MIT’s Center for Real Estate (CRE) and celebrate the remarkable achievements of our alumni who have shaped the real estate industry over the past four decades. Since its founding in 1983, MIT CRE has been at the forefront of innovation, creating the world’s first one-year master’s program in real estate development and building a global network of over 1,400 visionary leaders.
