Ryan joins the MSRED program after several years in commercial real estate development. He co-founded MNO Partners, a firm focused on institutional-sized (200+ unit) ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects along the Austin–San Antonio I-35 corridor, where he was responsible for entitlement, capital structuring, construction coordination, and execution alongside the founding team.

Before launching MNO, Ryan worked across private equity and venture capital in the US and the Middle East, evaluating direct and fund investments across various sectors. He also spent time in commercial construction in Washington, D.C., and in debt underwriting in New York City. These experiences gave him practical exposure to how capital, design, construction, and municipal approvals come together. He holds a CFA charter, an M.S. in Finance from Boston College, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from George Washington University.

He is currently engaged in real estate development projects in both the US and the MENA region. At MIT, he hopes to refine his zoning and entitlement skills, deepen his early-stage development work, and investigate industry-shaping trends that can inform the future of real estate development and investment.
