Boston Booming: City’s greenest building

MIT Center for Real Estate Industry Partner, Boston Properties bought the Prudential site back in the 90’s and the City’s greenest building is almost complete. “Because of the 14 wind turbines on the roof and the solar panels, we will be able to reduce our energy needs by 40% compared to the average office building in Boston”, explains Bryan Koop, Senior Vice President at Boston Properties.
