Leadership: Your Style, Your Decisions, Your Voice

Lecturer, Gloria Schuck taught for CREW Networks inaugural Leadership Certificate. She closed out the year-long certificate program with Leadership: Your Style, Your Decisions, Your Voice. Her course covered Leading in Teams and the Role of Diversity in Thought and Solving Problems, Presentation Styles and Tools, Self-Assessment and Plan, and Decision Making and Risk Tolerance.  The Certificate in Leadership curriculum was developed from CREW Network research findings over the last 10 years indicating that women are often reluctant to take risks, negotiate salaries and develop specific career plans that allow them to move across company functions or seek promotions that pivot into broader leadership positions.
