Professor Dennis Frenchman, Spaulding Award selection Committee

“At a time when the lack of affordable housing is a national crisis, Mecky’s career is an inspiration,” said Professor Dennis Frenchman, Spaulding Award selection committee member, “having successfully negotiated and developed over 6,000 family and elder units in cities across the US.  Her focus on preservation and re-use of historically significant buildings adds even more value to the communities in which they are located, as does her attitude of including those communities in the development process. I think Hank Spaulding would appreciate Mecky’s belief in Real estate as a positive force in revitalizing communities.”

Upon receiving the Spaulding Award, Mecky Adnani expressed gratitude and humility, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and community engagement in achieving meaningful progress within the real estate landscape. Her dedication to fostering inclusive development in the real estate industry resonated deeply with the audience.
