Ashley Vicary is an economist with a strong passion for international development. Ashley is currently a PhD Student at MIT under Prof. Siqi Zheng. He holds a Master of Applied Science in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MIT and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Wollongong. Ashley has worked as a central banker for over four years at the Reserve Bank of Australia. He also worked as a consultant for two years with the World Bank.
Ashley is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Graduate Certificate in Economic Analysis from the University of Sydney. As a Teaching Assistant, he also taught microeconomics at the University of New South Wales.
