Constance is originally from El Salvador and received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of South Florida. At the Center, she is responsible for pre-award activities (review solicitations, proposal and budget development, and proposal submission) using the Kuali Coeus proposal module for the preparation, routing, and submission of proposals. Additionally, she is responsible for post-award management activities, including monitoring the financial performance of grants and contracts to ensure compliance with MIT and sponsor policies.
Prior to MIT, Constance was at Louis Berger and managed 9 successful in kind and fixed grants totaling to $732,000.00 from start-up to closeout awarded to local governments to ensure proper technical and financial execution according to USAID regulations ADS 303 and the approved Grants Manual.
