Frank joins MIT with over six years of experience as a construction manager working on both market and affordable rate projects. He is pursuing graduate education in Real Estate Development seeking to establish himself as a real estate developer with ambitions to develop resilient communities.

Prior to joining MIT, Frank worked for Related Midwest where he participated in the development and construction of One Bennett Park, an 80 story residential high-rise designed by Robert AM Stern and managed the construction of two affordable projects in Chicago and Decatur Illinois.

During his earlier years, Frank lived in El Salvador, Albania, Cape Verde, Belize and Switzerland. His parent’s service at Peace Corps and exposures gathered living abroad cultivated a cross-cultural understanding as well as the importance of giving back to communities.

At the Center for Real Estate, Frank aims to deepen his understanding across all disciplines of real estate alongside a diverse student body and experienced faculty. With interests in both market and affordable rate projects Frank seeks to learn more about how to successfully run syndications and gain knowledge on how public policy, macro trends and consumer behavior affect decision making in the market.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
