Born and raised in Hong Kong and Beijing, Kailin joins the MSRED program after completing her Master of Architecture ’21 at MIT SA+P. She is a founding member of SA+P China Student Association, she helped draft the SA+P 2020 Climate Action Plan and is a member of GrowingChange, an architecture and planning collective made up of MIT SA+P students and alumni that works with underserved communities on their design and planning needs. Kailin has collaborated with MIT Future Heritage Lab as a fabricator and designer for an installation at the new MIT Museum in Kendall Square. Kailin holds a Bachelor of Art History with a minor in Business studies from New York University.
