Zoey excelled in providing exceptional support to multinational clients throughout various office relocation, renewal, and acquisition transactions. Her dedication and commitment were recognized, as she was awarded a certificate of appreciation from a client for her high level of commitment to a transaction.
Zoey’s interest in innovative approaches to the real estate industry led her to join Homes Company, a prominent prop-tech startup specializing in co-living development and operation. In this role, she gained valuable insights into the prop-tech sector and contributed to the feasibility analysis of various assets including hotels, housing, and land.
