Zoey joins Center for Real Estate with a background in the commercial real estate industry as a consultant and a passion for exploring best ways to integrate economic and social benefits through real estate investing. 

With 3.5 years of experience in the global tenant representative team at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, Zoey has developed a diverse skill set that encompasses market analysis, leasing transactions management, and effective communication. Zoey excelled in providing exceptional support to multinational clients throughout various office relocation, renewal, and acquisition transactions. Her dedication and commitment were recognized, as she was awarded a certificate of appreciation from a client for her high level of commitment to a transaction. 

Zoey’s interest in innovative approaches to the real estate industry led her to join Homes Company, a prominent prop-tech startup specializing in co-living development and operation. In this role, she gained valuable insights into the prop-tech sector and contributed to the feasibility analysis of various assets including hotels, housing, and land.

At MIT, Zoey is eager to further refine her expertise and enhance her financial analysis skills. Additionally, she is keen on exploring new approaches to effectively address environmental and social needs within future built environments through real estate investing.
