Jainil joins MIT as a third-generation leader at Parinee Group, a Mumbai-based real estate development company. In his role, he has managed project acquisitions, institutional investor negotiations, and construction oversight for residential and commercial developments across Mumbai.

After completing his undergraduate degree in finance at Northeastern University, Jainil gained strategic experience at McKinsey and Home Depot in the United States before returning to India to lead business expansion at Parinee Group. Recognizing the need to diversify beyond cyclical development, Jainil wants to establish a family office to explore fixed-income investments and other asset classes.

At MIT, he is focused on developing frameworks for real estate finance, development, and investment management. He aims to establish fixed-income revenue generating ventures while building the family office’s capabilities across multiple asset classes to create more predictable revenue streams.

Post-graduation, Jainil plans to establish a REIT structure using service-based real estate verticals while scaling the family office’s investment portfolio. His long-term vision involves transforming Parinee Group from a traditional developer into a diversified real estate investment and operating company.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jainil is passionate about MMA, soccer, travel, diving, and stand-up comedy.
