As part of the celebrations honoring our alumni over the past 40 years, the Center is inviting innovative concepts in real estate that demonstrate exceptional positive impact in development, investment, design, engagement, technology and sustainability. We are particularly interested in projects that significantly enhance lives, improve environments, and contribute meaningfully to the real estate industry. 

Selected proposals will have the opportunity to be presented during our 40th Anniversary Celebration on June 21st in Cambridge, MA.
