Kaitlin Kincaid, Senior Managing Director of Keller Augusta

Kaitlin Troy Kincaid is the Senior Managing Director of Keller Augusta. With demonstrated real estate executive search experience spanning almost 20 years, Kaitlin leads the firm’s research strategy and oversees the execution of search assignments.

She has an in-depth understanding of robust talent development strategies and advises organizations and leaders on organizational planning, competitive compensation analysis, and diverse and equitable hiring strategies.

Prior to joining Keller Augusta, Kaitlin held positions at Rhodes Associates and Wellington Management.

Highly engaged in industry organizations, she is an active participant in NAIOP, CREW and REFA association chapters in both Boston and New York. She holds a Transformational Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate and obtained a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Saint Anselm College.

Christina Smith, Managing Director at Keller Augusta

Christina Smith is a Managing Director at Keller Augusta and has close to 20 years of real estate industry experience with a specific proficiency in Construction, Architecture and Property Management recruitment. Prior to joining Keller Augusta, she worked at Lee Kennedy Co. as the Director of Marketing and Suffolk Construction and J. Derenzo Co., serving in various marketing and business development capacities. Christina is an active member of NAIOP Massachusetts, serving on the Marketing & Membership Committee; she is also a member of the Massachusetts Building Congress Women’s Network Steering Committee and ULI Young Leaders. As an active U.S. Masters Swimmer, she currently serves as the Communications Chair for the New England Local Masters Swimming Committee. Christina is a proud University of Kentucky alum, where she earned a B.A. in English.
