Join us for a Thought Leader Lecture with Adam Gordon, Managing Partner of Wildflower Ltd., and his son Wes Gordon, Vice President of Acquisitions at Wildflower Ltd.

Adam is a fourth-generation New Yorker and one of the city’s most innovative infrastructure developers. He is the visionary behind Wildflower Studios, New York’s first vertical film studio, created in partnership with Robert De Niro and designed by Bjarke Ingels, and Amazon’s most active developer in NYC, building the modern logistics facilities that make same-day delivery possible.

Wes leads acquisitions at Wildflower, combining deep knowledge of New York with expertise in financial analysis and sustainability. Before joining the family business, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the Energy Transition group at Jefferies and previously an analyst in Clean Energy Transition at Citi.

Adam’s unique approach lies in spotting infrastructure gaps before anyone else. He does not build generic buildings; he creates entirely new building types for emerging needs. Together with Wes, this is a rare opportunity to hear directly from a father-son team shaping the future of urban development and infrastructure.
