SUSAN UTHAYAKUMAR – Chief Energy and Sustainability Officer, Prologis

Susan Uthayakumar serves as Prologis’ chief energy and sustainability officer and is a member of the company’s executive management team. In this capacity, Susan leads the company’s customer-focused Energy, Mobility and Sustainability (EMS) business, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic business objectives. Susan also leads Prologis’ Global Impact and Sustainability team, overseeing the company’s net zero strategy and social impact initiatives.

Susan earned an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with a focus on international business practices, along with a Master of Accounting (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo. Susan has completed the Women’s Senior Leadership Program and Executive Scholar Certification from the Kellogg School of Management, as well as the Board Certification Program at Stanford. She holds the Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.
