Chicago-based Equity Office named Lisa Picard Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Picard joins the San Francisco office and oversees areas including quality, technology, and innovation for Equity Office properties.
Picard joins Equity Office from Skanska Commercial Development US, where she managed west coast strategy for commercial development. She brings more than two decades of experience in the conceptualization, design, finance and development of large, urban real estate projects in the U.S., encompassing a portfolio of office, retail, resort residential and mixed-use developments.
