Kathy MacNeil (MSRED ’88), a principal at Millennium Partners in Boston, is just one of the many people affected by the city’s construction shutdown. MacNeil oversees Winthrop Center, a $1.3 billion mixed-use project in downtown Boston that normally has a crew of about 120 workers on-site every day.
