Annie Thompson

Anne Kinsella Thompson is an alumnae and lecturer at the Center for Real Estate. She regularly co-lectures in our MSRED graduate program’s core courses in Real Estate Economics & Real Estate Finance. She is an expert in the use of GIS [Geographic Information System]. Anne used GIS to analyze spatially aggregated data and examine its causal relationship with the price and performance of real estate. In addition, she’s a contributor and collaborator with Yale University Professor Robert Shiller’s annual Home Buyer Survey.
