I am currently a Development Project Manager at RXR, where I support development and transaction advisory efforts for one of the firm’s major mixed-use initiatives in New York City. Previously, I was a Development Project Manager at BXP (Boston Properties) in New York, specializing in office redevelopment, including the hospitality-driven amenity repositioning of 510 Madison Avenue and 360 Park Avenue South. In 2022, I completed the MSRED program at MIT as part of the Young Leaders Program cohort. During my time at MIT, I was honored to receive the William Wheaton Fellowship and focused my research on the impact of sea-level rise on commercial office markets. I was also actively involved in the MIT Real Estate Club.
The analytical and qualitative skills I developed during the program have been instrumental in my current and prior roles, and I was first introduced to BXP through my Real Estate Ventures professor, Tod McGrath. Prior to attending MIT, I began my career at JBG SMITH in Washington, D.C. as a Development Analyst, contributing to early-phase execution of the Potomac Yard development. Prior experience includes commercial real estate internships at Goldman Sachs, Hines, and Colliers.
I hold a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Real Estate and Retail and minors in Architectural History and Urban Real Estate Development. I am currently Co-Chair of the ULI New York Young Leaders Group (YLG) Programming Committee and Vice Chair of the ULI New York Awards for Excellence in Development. I am a LEED Green Associate, WELL AP, and an active member of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton.
