- Commercial Real Estate (CRE) has constantly been exposed to flooding risk. An increase in flood events has greater financial consequences borne by owners, occupiers, and insurers.
- Utilizing microdata on flood risk at the property level and the newest climate and real estate financial performance data combined with cutting-edge and interdisciplinary econometric techniques, this project is studying the extent CRE markets rents are affected by flood risk.
