Description:
The Real Estate Action Lab is structured to equip our students with a deep understanding of the fundamentals of real estate development, investment, financing, portfolio and asset management. This course explores critical topics, including real estate market analysis, investment and financing strategies, place-making and value creation, and sustainable investing. Furthermore, it addresses contemporary issues such as real estate portfolio optimization, the transformative role of technology in real estate (e.g., proptech), building decarbonization and climate resilient real estate. Designed to adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the real estate markets, our curriculum ensures that students are well-prepared to meet the industry’s current and future challenges.
