CRE’s climate and real estate hub to host first symposium on climate change and real estate economics

Annual real estate climate symposium will be held on December 4th & 5th

The Center for Real Estate is hosting the first symposium on Climate Change and Real Estate Economics and Finance on December 4th and 5th, 2022. The topics will include:

1. Estimating the impact of climate risk (both physical risk and transition risk) on residential and/or commercial real estate;
2. Evaluating the effect of climate change adaptation and resilience measures in the real estate sector; and
3. Evaluating measures to mitigate the real estate sector’s contribution to climate change
